Kate is a commercial property specialist with almost 30 years experience in rural, retail and office leasing, subdivisions and commercial sale and purchase transactions.

Kate moved to Hawkes Bay in 2005 after working in top tier firms in Auckland and London.

Since then, she has worked for another local firm and more recently, has been in-house counsel for a private commercial development company before joining the firm in September 2024.
