Caleb is an experienced commercial property lawyer, who acts on a broad range of property matters including commercial property development and leasing, rural and residential property, trusts, succession and estate planning.

Caleb was previously a partner at Russell McVeagh in Auckland where he acted for a number New Zealand’s leading property developers and investors, including Goodman Property Trust, Auckland International Airport, Precinct Properties, Winton and Oyster.

He was named as a 2021 Rising Star by NZ Lawyer Magazine, which recognises lawyers demonstrating leadership and achievement within New Zealand’s legal profession.

Caleb joined the partnership of Sainsbury Logan & Williams in February 2022, upon his return to his home province.
