Nathan has been a partner since 2005 after his move to Hawke’s Bay from Wellington where he had practised law with prominent law firms.

Nathan is known as a strong advocate with an extensive civil litigation practice. Nathan has over 35 years’ experience as counsel appearing in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and in mediations and arbitrations.
