Tracey specialises in all aspects of relationship property, trusts and estate law.

She specialises in resolving complex, multi-party trust, relationship property and estate disputes. Tracey’s background as an Associate Chartered Accountant means that she is uniquely placed to help resolve complex disputes.

Tracey advises couples on relationship property agreements, both at the commencement of or during a relationship and on separation. She represents clients in trust, estate and relationship property litigation.

Tracey’s other practice areas include applications for the appointment of property managers and welfare guardians and spousal maintenance applications.

Tracey enjoys simplifying complex problems and providing a clear path forward for individuals, professionals, executors, and trustees.

Tracey was awarded a Fellowship Award by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand for her contributions to the profession in 2016.

Tracey has also served as an Adjudicator for the Tenancy Tribunal and is currently serving as a Visiting Justice.

Tracey was admitted to the Partnership of Sainsbury Logan & Williams on 1 April 2025.
