Richard is Hawke’s Bay born and bred, hailing from Wairoa and completing his secondary schooling at Napier Boys High School where he was Head Prefect in 2009. He first joined us in 2015, worked in London from 2017 to 2019 in various legal roles, and returned to us in 2019. Richard was admitted to the Partnership of Sainsbury Logan & Williams on 1/4/25.
Richard works in our corporate and commercial team where he assists with all business and share sale and purchases, business structuring, shareholder agreements, financing and securities, leasing, commercial contracts and commercial property transactions.
