BCA (Victoria) Julie joined the firm at the end of 2024 as it’s first Human Resources professional. Julie’s career in human resources spans 25 years in both the core public service and the health and social services not for profit sector. Julie is responsible for managing the people and workforce dimensions of our growing business.
Shannon Edwards
LLB, BA (Australia) Shannon joined our firm in January 2025. Originally from Western Australia, she moved to Hawke’s Bay with her New Zealander husband in 2022. Before joining Sainsbury Logan & Williams, Shannon practised in immigration law for another local firm following her admission as a lawyer in New Zealand. Kate Young
LLB (Otago) Kate moved to Hawkes Bay in 2005 after working in top-tier firms in Auckland and London. Since then, she has worked for another local firm and more recently, has been in-house counsel for a commercial development company.
