LLB After graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2019, Annabel spent four years in the real estate & projects team at a top-tier firm in Auckland. Alyssa Hodgkinson
LLB (Otago) Prior to joining Sainsbury Logan and Williams in 2022, Alyssa worked in both private practice and inhouse roles in Auckland. Alyssa works in our corporate and commercial team where she assists with business mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, business structuring, shareholder arrangements and structures, financing and securities, corporate governance and commercial contracts. LLB, BA (Macquarie University) Carolyn first qualified as a lawyer in 2000 and gained experience in Australia and the UK before moving to Napier in 2007. Simon Scannell
LLB Simon is the third generation of Scannells who have practiced law in Hastings since 1897. Since 1986 he has run his own practice, S J Scannell & Co.
