Julia Trautvetter

Born and raised in Hawkes Bay, Julia is a graduate of Auckland University of Technology (LLB, 2015). Julia worked as a Law Clerk in Auckland in her final two years of study and was involved in all aspects of Property, Estate Planning and Administration work. She moved back to the bay in March 2016 and was working for a firm in Hastings before joining us in June 2017.

Julia can assist you with all aspects of residential and commercial property including buying and selling properties, leasing, trust formation and wills.

She has a particular interest in assisting first home buyers to purchase their first home including assisting with KiwiSaver and Housing New Zealand applications.
