Nathan has been a partner since 2005 after his move to Hawke’s Bay from Wellington where he had practiced law with prominent law firms.
Nathan is known as a strong advocate with an extensive civil litigation practice. Nathan has over 25 years experience as counsel appearing in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and in mediations and arbitrations.
In addition to civil litigation, Nathan specialises in employment law, health & safety, construction law, insolvency, and maritime law.
