Alyssa is a senior solicitor in our commercial team.

She assists with a wide range of commercial transactions including business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, financing and securities, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Alyssa also has a special interest in privacy, technology and financing matters which she gained an in depth knowledge of working as an in-house counsel prior to joining Sainsbury Logan and Williams.

Alyssa graduated from the University of Otago in 2014 and was admitted to the bar in 2015. She has also worked in general commercial law for another medium sized law firm in Auckland and started her career in commercial and IP litigation.
