He specialises in corporate law, commercial contracts, business mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and securities, business development and restructures.

Andrew has been a partner since 1996. He moved to Hawke’s Bay after having worked for a large national firm in both Wellington and Auckland and has a wide range of commercial clients.
