Dana is a lawyer in our commercial team.

She assists with a wide range of commercial transactions including business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, financing and securities, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Dana has a particular interest in the negotiation and analysis of commercial contracts, having worked in commercial litigation prior to joining Sainsbury Logan and Williams. Prior to commencing her legal studies, Dana worked as an accountant advising SME businesses.

Dana began her career at a large firm in Auckland before working at a global law firm in Sydney, and is admitted to practice both in Australia and New Zealand.
